Article 1 : Change of terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to any orders of the website www.scar-racing.com.

SARL LE FLOCH reserves the right to adapt or modify at any time the terms and conditions. In case of change, it will be applied to every order the terms and conditions in effect of the day of order.

a) Order validation

The user has the possibility to order on the website.

As part of the orders made on the website www.scar-racing.com, orders in effect from the date of debit on the holder account of the payment card.

Any order implies consent of prices and description of products available for selling.

Any claim on this point won’t be taken into account afterward agreement between the two parties.

b) Availability of the products

SARL LE FLOCH involves itself to honor the orders on the website only in the limit of the availability of the products. In case of no availability of the product, SARL LE FLOCH involves itself to inform the customer.

Article 2 : Price

a) Tariff

Products will be sold to the tariff in effect of the day of checking out the order as displayed on the website.

Prices are shown in euros inclusive of tax and without shipping price. It takes into account the VAT applicable the day of the order. For orders from European and international countries : our website pricing does not include duties or value-added taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be billed to you at or after delivery. For more information on duty rates or import restrictions contact your local customs office.

b) Delivery pricing

Shipping costs are 10€ for France.

Shipping costs are 15€ inside Europe, and free shipping over 100€ of order, except for France.

Shipping costs are 45€ for international orders, except for order from France and Europe.

Article 3 : Delivery

Products shipping are the responsibility of the customer, even if the order is addressed to another consignee.

In case of problem, check your parcel with the delivery man and state on the delivery note “reservations”.

Any complaint should be made inside 48 hours following the reception of the parcel, by certified mail with acknowledgement of receipt to the carrier.

For available products, the shipping time is :
- For France : 3 days
- For Europe : 7 days
- For international : 10 days

If the product is not available you will be informed.

Article 4 : Guarantee

Any items can exchanged or refund except for those having otherwise specified. The exchange has to be made inside the 15 days of the reception of the parcel.

We’ll exchange every products on request by the customer, return the item in the origin packaging with a copy of the invoice under 8 days (it is absolutely essential that the items do not be damaged). If you want to exchange a product, for another reason that a delivery error, please attached a cheque for 10€ for forwarding charges.

Article 5 : Signature and proof

Providing on the website the card number and the final confirmation of the order will be a proof of the order according to the law of March 13th 2000 and payability of the requested amount by the entry of items appearing on the order form.

This validation means signature and acceptance of every operations made on the website.

The computerized registers conserved in an electronic documentation system of the company SARL LE FLOCH will be considered as communications proof, of orders and payments between the two parties.

We reserve the right to change a product, pictures of the website are not contractual. In case of litigation, all disputes will be submitted to the competent French jurisdictions. Most of our products are intended for use on a racing circuit and competitive sport, therefore forbidden on the public highway.

These conditions apply during all the duration of on-lining of services offered by the company SARL LE FLOCH.

Article 6 : Right of retractation

The buyer “consumer” has, according to the law, a cancellation period, within seven days from the receipt of the products and can return those ones for an exchange or refund, on the condition that the products will be in origin packaging and in perfect condition.

Products have to be return to the company LE FLOCH – Z.I du Dresseve – 56150 Baud – France. The forwarding charges are to the cost of the buyer. “Consumer”, means all natural persons who acts for the purposes which don’t belong to the framework of his occupation.
